These helmets not only have all the extras, they are comfortable and great looking—the helmet you'll WANT to wear! Featuring: one-piece design with integral padded/lined chin bar for maximum strength; extra-large window for totally unobstructed viewing; fingertip-adjustable chin-bar and forehead vents allow flow-through ventilation for great comfort in any weather; extra-thick cheek padding; soft cushions on the sides and under chin straps virtually eliminate chafing. Outer helmet shell is sanded smooth then painted with the finest paint available (for metallics, ultra-fine flakes are used to achieve the deep, lustrous finish). Finally, the paint is coated with tough, clear polyurethane for long-lasting protection against scratches. Outer shell is made of a specially-modified injection-molded polycarbonate alloy to absorb most impacts and resist penetration. Contoured to fit one-piece polystyrene inner shell helps absorb any left-over shocks. Comfortable foam interior has stain and sweat-resistant plush black microfiber nylon lining—you'll stay more comfortable when the weather turns hot. Flip-up ratcheting face shield is made of clear optical-quality, injection-molded Lexan® and has a center tab for one-finger adjustments. 5-position ratchet assembly for face shield is concealed under the screw-on plastic side pods (painted to match helmet). Strong black nylon chin strap with steel "D" rings and base and/or window trim. Meet or exceed DOT specifications. Easy soap-and-water cleanups.
