Top flaps fold over 2 inner side storm flaps on each bag and secure with long leather straps. Straps have roller-style buckles with "D" ring keepers. "D" rings, buckles and conchos are bright nickel-plated. Note: Before ordering, measure the space where bags will be mounted to ensure sufficient space. Sold in pairs.
